Situated at the rear of premise, hand-built ovens named Hansel & Gretel are the heart of bread in common. The use of a long ferment and a slow mixing technique pays homage to the specially sourced flour, spice, salt and fruit. All hand molded to produce the purest and most nourishing wood-fired bread possible.
